| There has been a change of waste contractors hasn't there? I understood that a lot if not all of the reported problems on the street go direct to a contractor rather than through the Town Hall. Is this a problem with a changeover? Anyway your Councillors have to be the way to go if you are not getting anything from wherever you are calling. Presumably this is the webpage you found: https://www.ealing.gov.uk/info/201153/street_care_and_cleaning/220/report_a_street_cleansing_problem Did you click on the green Make a Report bar so that you could make a report? You can find a link to finding your councillors by going to the front page of the website - usually bottom right hand corner. |
