Interested to see that 17 NHS Trusts are going to Court because hospitals and state schools have to pay Business Taxes whereas private schools with charitable status don't.  Lots more fees for lawyers.  Lots less money for the NHS and the Councils.

Scotland doesn't have this problem - they've sorted it.
