| Surely the answer is to cut the tax rate for the high earners so that they can keep and increase their wealth, and to source cheap labour from other countries - only where will they live? And so many of these towers should probably be redesigned to Scottish Building Regulations rather than our out of date ones. There is a paragraph here on how housing should be better designed to suit the climate situation - the RIBA has now declared a climate emergency.
