What on earth are you talking about - what on earth did you think that I said? Perhaps you should read it again. They don't ever seem to stay there for long. I would suggest that that is because their arrival is reported on pretty smartly - and action is taken to move them on. How many police do you see on the beat nowadays? Have you actually checked out where the nearest police station ie one with police in it actually is? The Council can also investigate and can fine the originators of the waste that is left behind which last time I saw the report was from West London residents who handed over rubbish to unlicensed waste carriers for cash. Investigation is obviously more difficult now that there have been cuts in Council jobs and cuts in the Environment Agency - but since you don't believe anything that you don't want to know about what is the point in telling you anything? |
