Here's what was happening at the Notting Hill Carnival:

Since nobody can understand what "mixed recycling" is as it differs from Council to Council and Country to Country for festivals it has to be very obvious!

Most people will make an attempt to recycle their cans and anything else they can :) when they can easily identify where.
