I'm assuming we will keep our green box and white plastics bag and use them for collecting until putting stuff in the wheelies. One problem that occurs to me is that if they fill up on a week that is for general waste collection rather than recycling the temptation will be to not keep them in the house until the following week. Recycling rates in the borough are likely to fall significantly as a result.
