an idea i found on the ealing forum intrigued me which i think has got real potential is to introduce some local rules for the building of tall buildings under the governments localism bill. we could have a vote throughout ealing on the idea that all buildings of over three stories proposed by a developer have to voted on by the local ward, and anything taller than villiers house over ealing broadway should have a vote for the whole of the ealing borough. a suggestion for the rapidly growing portfolio of save ealings centre i think. |
