| Firstly, apologies for straying onto your turf. I am Chiswick forum member. The kind folk of Chiswick have gone out of their way to help us with our mission. We are helping an elderly neighbour move from his current home to more suitable accommodation. We have ensured everything is in place for his move next week but we are still missing one vital item. His old household appliances had seen better days and were probably dangerous too. We have managed to secure (through generous donations) washing machine, fridge and other smaller items. However he still needs a freestanding cooker of some description (gas or electric). If you think you can help, please get in touch. We can collect no problem. All that we ask is that the cooker be in safe working order and in clean and reasonable condition. If any of you are redoing a kitchen or have an appliance that might suit please get in touch.
