Peter it is a long document prepared for Ealing Council by outside consultants. The Report contains recommendations which Ealing presumably will consider as part of their options. How the Dept of Educations' cuts have impacted on what is in the report I don't know. MIPIM on the other hand may be looking to see just how many of these sites can be turned into social housing with affordable (intermediate0 housing which actually no longer is affordable because service charges are going through the roof. There is another consultants report on Ealing's website which suggests that take up of new office space in Ealing has unattractive prospects. As if we didn't know. Suggestions are that other boroughs are more attractive. I wonder what plans our Leader in charge of Regeneration has to combat that.
