Every morning in West Ealing, there are a few people that collect the bags of clothes left outside charity shops and go through them in the alleyways and service roads. Is this theft? I think so. They certainly leave alot of mess and it all goes in the roadsweepers bag. I told one of them once that I thought his actions unfair. He started ranting at me and followed me back into my shop. I took his photo. Thats a good way of getting unwanted visitors to leave.. take their photo, even if you just pretend to with your phone, it normally works. Is this illegal? oh well... |
