If you are not already aware here are the weblinks for the complaints system although in the case of the bus company it would be better to write direct to the MD. The interesting thing is that at least they are prepared to entertain a complaint even though they are not the main contractor. In the case of TFL, if you still feel angry enough after going through the procedures then you will see you can go to the Ombudsman.
