| I had always thought it was part of the TVU campus buses that spend a lot of time all around the streets between campuses. There are also large minibuses seen in lurid colour scheme that serve the Sky complex. Have never seen any formal LSP agreement so presumably these buses will not be serving any bus stops and so dodging the parking enforcement teams |
