| Very many thanks to all who have written in. Clearly the conflict of a senior officer's comments ,his email and my friend's experience indicate that something must be done. Incorrectly issued tickets and local appeals can't be left to officers. When the system changes in Jan it might be sensible to have a resident panel adjudicating written appeals,(and designing less ambiguous tickets). These tickets will continue after Jan anyway because we all have stores of these current models. |
