Eric, Try this mobile 07879 69496 for PC Steve Robinson of Cleveland SNT and there is a drop-in surgery at Pitshanger Library from 1730-1900hrs on the 16th November which may be helpful as a follow-up. For a crime report number Ealing via 0300 123 1212 but for effective local policing the SNT sergeant or PC need to know of these incidents and you may have a good description to relay. A few uniforms in the area would be helpful too.
From our local viewpoint the Metropolitan Police Authority is selling off perfectly sited police stations (Norwood Green just being sold and Greenford next in the frame) instead of keeping them as bases for the SNT teams leading to some odd locations such as under a GWR railway arch (NG) or Sainsburys (WE). This would be against the wishes of many residents including local officers as a show of hands at ward forums would indicate. Hope that Chief Superintendent Andy Rowling uses some clout to save Greenford and reopens Hanwell at least for SNT teams, but hasn`t managed to reverse MPA policy so far.
