| Colin, Very many thanks for your post. There is a maze of roads in the South Acton Estate. You can't actually get to where you want to because of various blockings off, one way schemes etc. As I entered the area this afternoon I saw the Ealing sign "Zone Ends". There was no sign saying "Private Zone Begins". I was looking for bay markings which indicate a CPZ. "Zone Ends" says there is no CPZ. But although they look like public roads they are in fact probably? private. This is why I was clamped. I went to check distances /signage tonight. Is there a bus route nearby or do we face the spooky walk down from the 207 Colin? And I am challenging this one but the CAB ref will be useful. |
