| This is strange. Surely the replacement of broken equipment should be automatic as the Ealing Council has a reserve (or depreciation fund) into which a portion of the value of capital assets is paid into each year so that they can be replaced when they are too old. Where is this money? Why has it not been spent on new playground equipment? What is the Ealing Council reserve being spent on? Cleaning Gunnersbury Park and Walpole Park after the festivals no doubt! |
