| A story on the front page says that five sets of traffic lights are being earmarked for removal in the borough, two in Popes Lane alone. The lights at the junction with Elderberry Rd are recent and serve no real purpose; but the ones at the Lionel Rd junction have been there for as long as I've lived in the area (20+ years); traffic comes from the M4 and A4 up there and I think the lights need to stay. |
