There seems to be no curb regarding such shops which are an eyesore and spill way beyond the shop fronts.There are several in Greenford especially vegetable stalls which create all kids of litter and pallets on the walkway and  stay open all night.Then there are the tacky 'plastic' pound type shops with horrible plastic goods stacked high outside across the pavements....these bring the area down especially as there have been improvements with paving reconstruction..however this has given the shops even more space to spread out their goods....
