Yes D Fox is a "Apple Disciple", Apple IPad and IPhone are not upgradable in terms of hardware and you are tied to Apple source only. Hence the tied in and pricing. Most PC/Laptop platform can be upgrade specially with memory or harddisk, some as easily as changing a light bulb (takes a few minutes). Where as Apple's products are tied in with Apple's VAR & Dealers only. There are many PC/Laptop products from a lot of supplier and software available, some are FREE. Do you get that from Apple? No! Yes Apple's producta are good, but not that good where you have to pay a "permium" price.
