I can in a way understand this because I remember that the chairman of the XT XI and XD Police Sector working party resigned when instead of arranging data on a sector basis the police were asked to assemble it on a ward basis. He saw a problem and resigned. However since those heady days of 2003 I have listened to many very powerful and expensive data presentations showing change over time by the police. Charles are you telling us that these data presentations are not worthwhile or is this being difficult and personal? And by the way I never used the word "nobrainer" which seems so popular with cabinet members. |
