McCabe worked out well for me. Would recommend them - the tradespeople were of a decent standard and communication was good. No big issues and they came back quickly to fix a couple of very minor snags.
Would advise you to look at some conversions and ask detailed questions about exactly what the company will do. e.g. some will handle planning / building control, some won't, some are better at making good your first floor landing than others etc ... Make sure you compare like with like on pricing.
