My gran was caugght like this. A young woman was crying on the street and my gran asked if she was ok. She said that she had to collect her sister from school but was locked out and needed money to get to the school. My gran gave her 10 pounds. She then asked if she could use my grans Phone. My gran agreed. She then said that she needed to get a taxi to her mums work, so could she have more money. My gran gave her another 30 pounds. Off she went and came back the next day saying she had a fifty pound note and did my gran have change. This time my gran had the sense to send her away to get change from a shop. The girl called round yet again and said she would return the money later, what time would my gran be home for the evening. By this time my gran was scared, so she called us in a right state. Police were involved and were very good. There people have no morals.
