| The colours are amazing, and I have to say the postcards and other reproductions don't come close to capturing them. The printing techniques are very interesting and some quite unusual. You can have a booklet to read as you go around the show which explains a lot in more detail. I've been going back to oil painting and printing techniques recently - the best media for colour, I reckon. Sadly there are not as many printmaking studios as there once were. A very good one on Holloway Road had to close down shortly after the Covid pandemic. |
