| We have been deluges with Lib-Dem leaflets of late but none of it seems to actually say very much. Most noticeable is what they are not saying on local issues and where they stand on real local issues ro real local residents. And no way of contact or asking. Just links to join up but nothing to ask pertinent questions. I do wonder how a local resident candidate makes no comment about the 10 months piles of rotted leaves, sludged up gulleys , damaged pavements and a raft of other items of neglect, yet must have to pass all this every week at some point. Not much in the way of openness and what they might or might not do. Just like Labour. So what's the difference? As for the Tories? Not a word. Nothing at all. A one party borough with a token opposition is clearly in this and other boroughs has borne out to be a truly awful thing and it really shows. Hopefuls must do better than this surely? |
