| Another marvelous piece of budgetary control by Councillor Driscoll. Bike hoops have been erected by the Boston Road entrance to Elthorne Park. Nobody would secure a private bike to these when they can simply wheel the bike into the park and keep it near them. Equally there is no facility to secure a Lime or Volt bike to a bike loop. In addition, if you use the bike hoops on the kerb side of the pavement, they block the pavement when the bike is secured to them. Yet another display of budgetary incompetence as we approach an election in May. Please remember to use your vote wisely. |
