| 'We complain when the utilities don't do any work to maintain their aging infrastructure, and then we complain when they do!' We complain because of how badly it's handled. Either Thames Water or Cadent come every few weeks to dig the same bit of road up. Often they will be back within days, suggesting that the job wasn't done right in the first place. |
