| From what I could find online - this development was approved back in 2021 which means, as I understand it, it has timed out and is no longer valid. As far as I saw when I passed the site late last year there is no work on the site - even of the superficial kind that that keeps a planning application on life support. However, the closure of the parade of shops suggests something is afoot. |
