It was normal in the past for all letters and communications to be signed by a named person. The only deviation from this rule was on Valentine's Day when the recipient had a good idea who sent the card/flowers/chocolates. I notice the increasing tendancy in Council communications for officers and councillors not to reveal their names/ identities. Why is this? |
