| Does anyone know what on earth the fenced off space on the southern side near the bus stops is about? It contains some green plants and I have seen a traffic cone plus a small plastic trestle used to keep the public away from works. I thought it could be a site of public interest or maybe a nuclear shelter used by the big brains at the council, obviously very small and below ground. Any ideas? |
