| If you are content with open drug dealing, rampant shoplifting and petty crime in an area that, aside from a few areas, basically looks run down then your standards, I would contend, are significantly lower than those of most people. When churches have to implement extensive CCTV systems to reduce antisocial behaviour, with people defecating in churchyards and with calls to the police to report crime now a daily occurrence, there is something desperately wrong. |
