| In the past as adriver you had a feel for speed limits. Villages and towns were 30 mph. Dual Carriageways started at 40mph and went up to 70mph. The whole situation now is much less clear. Only helped by the voice in the sat nov. In Ealing we have two sections of dual carriageway one with a 20mph restriction and one with a 40mph restriction. Am I missing something or is there little grey material behind these official decisions? |
