| If there are no other ways to pay, then the penalties are unenforceable; if you do get issued a ticket, you are highly likely to win an appeal. But you must check there are no alternative means to pay, which includes not only other machines on the street but any telephone payment option available (which should be indicated on the ticket machines). |
