| It's not a question of 'feelings' Ben. TfL Tube capital budgets are set almost at least five years in advance. The issues with Central Line stock and the debacle over spares ordering is well known. Putting up some staff members to be pilloried will never be more than a PR exercise. As to accessibility, Northolt is underway after years of delays and planning has only jst commenced on North Acton afteryears of campaigning. |
