| The Gunnersbury arrangement grew out of the complications of the joint ownership between two councils but this doesn't apply here so is there any reason to believe it won't be owned and managed directly by the council? The council has said that events will be held there (thereby surely admitting they retain full control and ownership). What is taking place at Gunnersbury Park currently is excessive but if you want to block events totally, you need to come up with an alternative model as to how these parks are maintained. |
