Yes, you can arrange in advance to be met by someone with a ramp.  I did once have the tel no for that but you do lose flexibility of travel with that which can be rather stressful.  Even if you just manage to use it one way it will save you a taxi fare.  But who wants to have to do trial runs of these journeys?!
