Fined £3,600.  Who pays?  WE, the Council-tax payers, do while the council officers guilty of the maladministration get away without a black mark against their name.  WE NEED THE NAMES OF THE CULPRITS so we can see they are dealt with.  The LGO has their names but suppresses them when it publishes its findings The guilty officers should pay, if not from their pockets by demotion, not the residents of Ealing whom they have betrayed.
