It's based on emissions and some types of cars aren't even subject to it. The money got from it (what £120 a YEAR?!) goes straight into the government's main bank account, it's not hypothecated, and it's not spent on roads, they are paid for from council tax (check you council tax bill) Please don't be so ignorant. |
