| Hi Tony, its the mortice and tenon joints on the headboard that have come loose. I spoke to the new Warren Evans company who take no responsibility for the previous business now in liquidation. They suggested the following which is beyond my failed Woodwork O lovel skills: "... need to dismantle the frame removing the legs from the headboard, then simply insert glue into the mortise on the legs then push the headboard into the mortise until the glue sets. Alternatively, keep the frame assembled, close the gaps and screw two screws into the back of the legs through the tennon securing the joints." |
