Does anyone know why the road at the crossroads of Twyford Avenue with Creffield Road, in Acton, at the traffic lights, has been dug up again and again and again...about a dozen times now in the space of a year? Is this some kind of training ground for road works apprentices that we don't know about? Can anyone explain this enigma?
