| How long ago did the 'little' police stations close? Hanwell (as a police station) over thirty years ago, old Acton Police station - around the same. Society has changed, the mobile phone and internet rule and the SNT offices have answerphones. I remember the last time that I went to an 'actual' police station to report a theft, it was in 1993! |
