Topic: why aren't the labour candidates e.g. Rappa Huq, going through reselection

It would just be so nice to see a nice new platform of candidates for Ealing for the Labour Party. I can see them losing a lot of electoral share with their current offerings. Rappa Huq has managed to offend the Christian (and other faith and religious groups to whom abortion is major sin) presences in Ealing with her aggressive stance against people praying against abortion while attending a lot of church events, I can't recall what Steve Pound has done though it certainly hasn't made the borough any cleaner, and as for Virendra Sharma, well, he has never been seen East of the River Brent in living memory in the bit of Ealing that is still Ealing and not part of Southall.
From Labour I want to hear: weekly rubbish collections, no more wheelie bins, no more political assistants salaried by the council. New candidates with a fresh view who are in touch with the local electorate and not with their historical diaries and their local dining club. Sadly, I doubt that this will happen and we will see the same old faces failing to motivate.
Everything is up for grabs in this election for ALL the parties, why not listen to the electorate for a change?
