Topic: High St from Spar through to shopping centre

What gets me is the sequence of works. The pavement from Spar/Meat n Shake (was Cafe Rouge) through As Nature Intended is shocking. The paving stones are broken and it is not unusual to get a wet foot! Yet the pavement right the end of Mattock Lane appears to have been replaced.

Surely priority should be given to high foot fall area?
