Excellent. A mixed use development incorporating housing is far more preferable than gifting the entire parcel of land for 200 years to a private company.

The housing shortage is not going to go away and Warren Farm would provide an ideal site with the prime location more than paying for a refurbishment of the playing fields for the benefit of the whole community rather than a few millionaire investors and their plaything football club.
