| David, The reflectors are wrong in colour and position. Please see motor vehicle Construction and Use Regs. I drove past after dark in both directions and they failed. I am not a muppet. I have driven for over 50 years. The cage has also invaded the double yellow lines at this junction. May we see the risk assessment that allowed this intrusion by the cage where pedestrians cross? There are no speed humps in Mattock Lane so even more important to maintain these yellow lines. And what are LBE going to do about skip lighting? A good idea processed badly; bit of a turkey? |
