Job Description: Finance Manager
Salary: Dependant on experience
Qualifications: AAT or better. Qualified by experience maybe considered for the right candidate. Reporting Line: Reporting directly to the Directors Work Commitment: Part Time – 20 hours per week
Scope: Maintain integrity of the financial records for all the Companies in the Group and Associated Companies.
Key Responsibilities: • Preparation of Year End Accounts including, pre-payments, accruals and journal entries • Reconcile all balance sheet accounts. • Run the trial balance and profit and loss account for the period. • Liaise with external auditors • Reconciliation of Bank Accounts • Preparation of Sales Invoices • Payment of Purchase Invoices • Preparation & management of monthly payroll and pension payments • Preparation of Payroll • Preparation of Paye/NI & Vat returns • Direct Debit management • Sage Management • Ad hoc Projects as required
Skills required: • 5 years experience of Management Accounts • ACA/ACCA equivalent preferable • Knowledge of Sage, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office. • Numerate and accurate • Good communication skills • Discreet • Able to work without supervision • Flexible and Adaptable
Benefits: • Pension when eligible • 20 days holiday per year plus bank holidays, pro-rata This position is for someone who can work from home but will be required to occasionally visit the office in Perivale to collect post etc. Work Commitment is 20 hours per week, on a permanent contract.
