Topic: Formal Complaint lodged afresh on 7th Oct 2013 (8-pages + E-Mails)

Ms Helen Harris refused to accept my original Complaint & Addendum in August.

Instead of going to the Ombudsman, I have decioded to completely revise the format to which Ms Harris took exception (interrogatory style) and submitted my Formal Complaint afresh yesterday (7th Oct 2013) by e-mail and by hand-delivery.

I hope that Ms Harris will not obstruct my Complaint.

I think you will find that it does identify the specific codes/standards that I say were breached by Cllr. Julian Bell (Leader of Ealing Council). I would be glad to hear from you all if you do believe that I have clarified all this sufficiently for Ms Harris to understand what I am saying this time?
