A neighbour was applying for planning permission for a development to which I objected. At a meeting with the Planning Officer I pointed out three blatant lies on the Planning Application and asked the Planning Officer what they would be doing about it. The answer was .... "Not a lot."

With a Planning Department who isn't bothered and cares little about accurate information on planning applications  I think the system is far more than, and beyond, broken.
