| As the information from the council clearly says "a pre-application charging service" and "charges for advice provided to agents with respect to householder and other less significant proposals", there should be a record of what the party and his agents benefiting from the advice was charged. You suggest that he wasn't charged? So who's actually paying for the Director's time, etc? |
