Excellent observations from someone who obviously knows the process and procedure.  It is these questions and issues that I hope will be addressed by those investigating.  Although if past reports tells us that Mr Bell & Co are very good at stonewalling and avoiding difficult local issues in council meetings.

One more thing ... those that chose to reject the proposals need to be commended for their independence, and playing by the rules.  The casual and yet not-so-innocent involvement of the senior members of the council may have put some pressure on them.  Well done to those involved in an objective decision.
