Why privatize things that are working? It is possible to borrow books, the libraries are open, and the swimming pools work. Why not privatize thngs that are not actually working. Some thoughts come to mind: Privatize the administration and letting of allotments. Privatize the Ealing planning department. Remove Enterprise of its contract for refuse collection. |
